The “Last Play at Shea” were two Billy Joel concerts at Shea Stadium in July 2008. They were the last performances at the stadium before it was demolished.
On this project I worked as a music copyist and transcriber for Billy Joel’s keyboardist, David Rosenthal, who created arrangements of popular Billy Joel songs to be played with an orchestra that night.
